MiniTaskTools provides a collection of free, browser-based web tools including RSVP speed reading, group generators, random name pickers, JSON formatting/inspection, Markdown editing, and QR code generation. All tools run client-side on your local device.

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You may use MiniTaskTools for personal, educational, or commercial purposes free of charge. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or attack the hosting infrastructure or network availability.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute our tools with malicious intent.
  • Use our tools to generate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive materials (such as malicious QR codes or phishing links).

4. Intellectual Property

All tool interfaces, design systems, logos, and original code on MiniTaskTools are the intellectual property of MiniTaskTools unless third-party open-source libraries (e.g. SheetJS, jsPDF, Marked, EasyQRCodeJS) are utilized under their respective open-source licenses. Any content or data you process using our tools remains strictly your own property.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MiniTaskTools is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, speed, and reliability, we do not warrant that results will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MiniTaskTools, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including loss of data or interruptions.

7. Third-Party Links & Advertising

MiniTaskTools displays advertisements served through Google AdSense. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the products, services, or claims advertised through third-party ad networks.
